May 30th / 31st 2009

Busy, Busy, Busy.... Liam and Jenny completed their scuba reviews with Taff and Steve. Rory and Adam bubbled merrily together

Marie, Heather, Michael and Bob all succeeded in their Open Water referrals, led in style by Disco

Congratulations also to Ted, Steve and Linda who are now all Emergency First Response Instructors. Well done guys, and I am still crying with laughter!

Finally, Mark, Martin, Amanda and David headed off to Swanage for their UK orientation weekends. A huge amount was learned as divers got to grips with the temperature, vis, currents etc and some some great wrecks, zoomed miles in a roaring drift and caught crabs (not literally!!)
A fantastic weekend was had by all - when the rib was available some of our club divers hijacked it and checked out local wrecks such as the Carantan and Kyarra. Many thanks to Dean for his boat captaincy!
