The chilly weather is not deterring us, and this week we have a huge role of honour ....

Firstly - well done to Andy and Chris who completed their Enriched Air with Taff.
Bernie braved the dark (and the nocturnal pike at Wraysbury!)and completed his night diver specialty with Gary.

Meanwhile in the pool, 18 cubs from Berrylands Discovered Scuba, and 4 others perfected their snorkelling with Linda, John, Mike, Bene, Taff, Steve and Mel.

Finally Alex and Raman succeeded in their Open Water Referrals with Taff, and Vincent, Suzanne, Antonia and Rupert achieved their Referrals with Mel and Jon.

Also well done to Michael who braved the weather and completed his open water dives with Steve and Sean who did his dry suit spec

5 of our instructors have succeeded in achieving the level of IDC Staff Instructor, meaning that they are now able to train our future instructors. This is a fantastic achievement and shows the commitment they have to their scuba training.

Congratulations to Bernie and Bob who completed their rescue diver with Steve - a special mention must go to Billy the 'victim' for his acting skills, as long as it involved a panicked diver .... an unconcious panicked diver was an interesting concept!

Well done also to joe who completed his dry suit specialty with Steve and Hannah who did her enriched air specialty with Bene.

Finally Derek, Carole, Katie and Debbie who completed scuba reviews with Linda and Bene.

Halloween Diving 2009

With the ghosts and ghouls ready to spook us, Aquanaut took the opportunity to get some serious diving in at Vobster.

Congratulations to Andy, Bernie and Jason who all completed their Deep and Wrecks specs with Taff; Julia, Nicola, Charles and Matthew who did their dry suit with Gary; Daniel Charles, Nicola and Matthew also completed their Advanced Open Water with Gary.

The weekend highlight was then night diving Vobster, and the BBQ and bonfire they laid on for entertainment which created a fabulous atmosphere. Thank you to the whole team for making it such a great weekend.

Meanwhile at Wraysbury, Disco and Mel took Andrew, Andrew, Phoebe, Alex, Marie, Rashad, Catherine, Amy for the open water course, and Andrew also for his dry suit spec.

Finally, in the pool Joe and Anna completed their scuba reviews with Steve, and Jelly, Andy, Richard and Marie bubbled (rather than hubble bubbled!!)
